Tsinghua University held a ceremony to celebrate Teachers' Day on September 10. Secretary of the CPC Tsinghua University Committee Qiu Yong, Tsinghua University President Li Luming, and other leaders of the University attended the event.

Qiu Yong and Li Luming presented Professor Zhang Zuoyi from the Institute of Nuclear and New Energy Technology and Professor Xue Lan, Dean of the Schwarzman Scholars, with the Tsinghua Outstanding Contribution Award. Deputy Secretary of the CPC Tsinghua University Committee Xu Qinghong announced the recipients of various awards at the ceremony.

Five award-winning teachers shared their experiences and insights, including Professor Zhang Zuoyi; Professor Xue Lan; Professor Li Yanmei from the Department of Chemistry, also Dean of the Zhili College, who won the title of 2025 National March 8th Red-Banner Pacesetter; Professor Yan Shaoze from the Department of Mechanical Engineering, who won the Tsinghua New Century Teaching Achievement Award; and Professor Qi Hai from the School of Basic Medical Sciences, also the recipient of the 2024 Beijing Outstanding Graduate Advisor.

The ceremony also recognized outstanding groups and individuals who have achieved remarkable success in educational endeavors.
